There is a terrible affliction that eats away at our lives, slow but deadly, like rust: inactivity. We try to spice up the utter tedium of our inactive lives with cheap entertainments and idle pastimes, like extra sauce on bland, chemical-based food, in an attempt to mask its foul taste.
It is widely recognised that everything depends on energy. Our vitality and ability to act and think clearly is all made possible by our level of free energy. So how can we influence this level?
The fact is the body develops habits. It is used to experiencing certain feelings. It is used to vibrating at the frequency of negative emotions, be it irritation, anxiety, chronic stress, apathy or melancholy.
Let’s get one thing straight: knowing the tools for transformation and actually using them are very different things. Many people are unable to bridge this gap. They “know everything and have read everything”, but in reality they can’t even get the ball rolling, never mind make major changes in their lives.
